Designer Series Paper Blog Hop

Hello Stampers
I hope you have been enjoying your summer. Here in Upstate NY we have been getting a lot of rain. I have been trying to enjoy all the sunny days we have been getting because we have not had many this summer. I was very grateful that we had a very beautiful day for my daughter's graduation party.
So for this month we decided we would feature the designer series paper that stamping up has on sale for 15% off. So what I've showed you this month is how to take a 6 by 6 designer series paper and make it a one sheet wonder. I will show you how to make four cards with very little supplies. I hope you enjoy what I have created for you. Please make sure to check out my other team members blogs. Thanks for stopping by please like comment and subscribe. Bonnie~

Details:
  1. cut or use a piece of 6 by 6 DSP paper as shown in the photo below. first cut  the black measurements and you will get three pieces. Then cut the pink measurements and you should end up with eight pieces altogether

  2. next you will need two sheets of Balmy Blue cardstock you will need to cut them at 5 1/2 x 8 1/2   score at 4 1/4
  3. you will also need a full sheet  8 1/2 by 11 basic white cardstock to make mats for the DSP you just cut and  use the scraps for stamping the flowers
  4. using the basic white cut mats for all of the DSP paper, having a 1/8th border around.
  5. With the leftover basic white you're going to stamp your flowers and leaves in memento black ink. Color them in with the blends, using the photos as a guide.
  6. Use linen thread and bakers twine white to make the little swirly ribbons behind the flowers.
  7. Add gems to the center of all the flowers.
  8. put together as seen in photos below
