Welcome Stampers, Happy World Watercolor Month. I hope you have been enjoying my watercolor so far. There are just a few more Fridays left in the month of June. Today I am showcasing  a projects using the watercolor pencils. For my Third week  I decided to use the Cottage Rose  Stamp Set again. I have made a short video of how I did this watercolor card.
